We all face difficulty in our lives. Some people are depressed while others are angry. Suffering is a part of the human experience but so is being well. It is my hope you and I can be as well as we can. I have found wellness and hope through counseling and other methods. Taking a daily supplement, herbs and eating properly is a part of my routine.
It is my hope you find inspiration to find your path to overcoming depression. I have dysthimic depression and have experienced success in overcoming it instead of it overcoming me.
